Quotes, estimates and bookings

Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Moving estimates and interstate moves

Estimates shown on this website, including results from the moving cost calculator, are samples for illustration and are not binding quotes. A written estimate is provided after a walkthrough of your inventory.

Interstate moves are performed under federal regulations. You will receive the FMCSA booklet "Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move" before your move. USDOT and MC numbers displayed on this demo site are placeholders.

Valuation and claims

Released value protection at 60 cents per pound per article is included at no charge. Full value protection options are described on your written estimate. Claims must be filed in writing within the period stated in your bill of lading.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC.
